Born and raised in Baltimore. Recruited to wrestle at Harvard, where I got my degree in Mechanical Engineering. Lived in Manhattan after college, where I started a commercial real estate due diligence company in 1997, catering mostly to investment banks that were CMBS lending. Started investing in commercial real estate in 1998, and now own a portfolio of multifamily and retail properties throughout the country. Bought and renovated a restaurant, The Oakley, which opened in May 2019.
